At Empowered Kids, we recognize the amazing potential in all children. Children can learn that they are responsible for creating and shaping their own reality. We believe that by teaching, guiding, and nurturing a child's natural attributes, they will have the skills and confidence to find their own answers and to be guided by their own wisdom.
Our products are downloadable MP3 recordings for children. These recordings consist of positive messages set to the background of calming music.
How it works: Recent advances in brain imaging technology demonstrate that it is possible to change the structure of the brain and the way the brain works. When parts of the brain that are responsible for positive emotion are more frequently accessed (like listening to a relaxation recording), those parts of the brain can actually become larger. Consequently, this affects the way the brain works as a whole.
We suggest that you encourage your child to listen to the recording everyday for at least 3 weeks. Bedtime or quite time is often a great time to play these recordings. Afterwards, your child can continue to listen to the recording daily or whenever they prefer. Remember to have your child find a comfortable place to sit or lie down where they will not be disturbed.
Listening to an Empowered Kids relaxation recording allows your child the opportunity to train their mind and body to be still and focused.
